Shoboo Kitchen’s popularity increases as sushi lovers discover this mouth-watering Japanese restaurant in Chino Hills, 50 miles east of Los Angeles.

More and more regulars frequent this place at least twice a week. In some days, customers wait in line to be seated.

Shoboo gratifies a good sushi craving. In addition to the traditional sushi and sashimi, the menu provides a great selection of delicious specialty rolls.

The food presentation is creative and the taste actively juices out the saliva in one’s mouth.

Their specialty also includes appetizer type skewers, which go hand in hand with some of their sake and beer.

They also have the California sushi where the traditional Japanese sushi has been enhanced with Californian fusion flavors to create a unique localized taste.

For a while finding a great family oriented sushi place in the suburbs of Los Angeles frustrates many people. Most places are hit or miss eat-all-you-can buffet, and many are closed by 9 p.m.

Daniel Kim, the young 27-year-old owner and main sushi chef of Shoboo Kitchen, stated that his customers kept returning because of their delectable, high-quality sushi; and that the restaurant opens until late in the evening.

“We guarantee that our fishes are delivered everyday, and we are open Monday to Saturday until 11 p.m. [Sundays at 9 p.m.], which is rare in our area, ” said Kim.

Kim also stated that their Poke Bowl is a new favorite where customers can choose different fresh seafood, toppings, and sauces artfully served in a bowl.
